“There are 4 core partners to the Fast-Track Cities Initiative: IAPAC, the International Association of Providers in AIDS Care, UNAIDS, UN-Habitat, and the [Mairie de Paris] city of Paris. Those 4 partners work together to try to bring together the community leadership, the governmental leadership, and the medical expertise necessary to end the AIDS epidemic.”
