Latest Results of the Population-Based HIV Impact Assessment Project

Jessica Justman, MD, senior technical director, ICAP, Mailman School of Public Health & associate professor of medicine in epidemiology, Columbia University reveals the latest results of the Population-based HIV Impact Assessment Project (2017). Dr. Justman shares that she does not believe that a HIV vaccine is necessarily needed to achieve to 90-90-90 targets, as we these goals have almost been reached in certain countries. Dr. Justman also calls to attention that the biggest challenges have to do with adolescents and young adults.
